We offer same-day and next-day pickup for orders placed at 500 fantastic sweets shop or through our fantastic sweets online service. Simply choose your flavors, add any toppings or mix-ins, and select your pickup time. Your gelato and ice cream desserts will be prepared fresh and waiting for you — just grab and go.
Place your order online and pick it up fresh at a time that suits you. We'll have your ice cream, gelato and desserts ready at the counter — just let us know your name when you arrive.
Our gelato and ice cream are churned fresh throughout the day in small batches. For the best flavor and texture, enjoy them the same day you buy them. If you're taking gelato home, keep it in the coldest part of your freezer and let it soften for a minute before serving.
Planning a celebration, office event or special occasion? We create custom ice cream sundae bars, gelato platters and frozen dessert spreads. Give us a few days' notice and we'll craft something memorable. Reach out to discuss your vision.
Need to adjust your order? Let us know before we start scooping and we'll happily modify or refund it. Once your ice cream or gelato is packed with your name on it, we may not be able to make changes.
